We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be returned.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, refunds are available up until the order ships.
Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
